Bonnie is the best realtor we've ever worked with. She deserves every bit of business she gets, and my wife and I refer everyone we know to her. As a military family we moved often, and our last 2 moves were in an around Fort Meade area. My wife was abandoned by a realtor she had contacted and was basically distraught because we had one weekend to find a home. She happened to see Bonnie on a sign and called her on a Sunday (The same day), telling her she had one day to find a home. Bonnie dropped everything to help her find a home. After living in the home for 5 years, we were in the position to upgrade out property and Bonnie was the only person we would have contacted. She was able to sell our home and help us find EXACTLY what we wanted!

Bonnie and her assistant, Lindsay, were fantastic! We weren’t sure what to expect when Bonnie said she was a “Full Service” real estate agent. We had called her to just discuss the real estate market and options for selling our home remotely in a COVID-19 environment. Bonnie said she and Lindsay could handle all aspects, and they did. From packing up our personal belongings and cleaning out the house to coordinating workers and contractors in preparation for listing Bonnie was able to get our house listed quickly and then a signed contract within 10 days of listing. Since we were out of state Bonnie and her Team packed up our house contents, cleaned out and disposed of unwanted items, and even sold furniture and belongings for us. Finally, Bonnie recommended a mover and coordinated the move of our belongings out of state. Bonnie’s Full Service far exceeded our expectations which was all extras on top of listing, negotiating, and closing the sale of our which also went very smoothly. Selling my home in Maryland was critical to my financial future - perhaps more so than for the average person. Whether I chose Bonnie out of blind luck, or whether it was divine providence, I don't know, but I could not have made a wiser or better choice! Bonnie's knowledge, experience, and professionalism made the entire selling process a breeze!! I never knew that selling a house could be so easy. Furthermore, I had many questions and Bonnie was always available to me, whether by phone, email, or text. She was quick with answers and great advice. I did run into some issues because I moved out-of-state before my house went on the market. Naturally, AFTER I moved, my heat pump developed problems. In fact it took no less than 4-5 technician visits to fix various issues! Did I have to go back to MD for those repair calls? No! Bonnie has an assistant, Lindsay, who is absolutely amazing. She met the tech for every repair call, and even helped me out with other things at the house as well. She was a Godsend to me and I am so, so thankful for her assistance. She was also very kind and pleasant, always. Plus, Bonnie works with some very good plumbers and handymen who can handle house repairs needed from the home inspection. They made my life much easier as well! She also works with a real estate lawyer who was a huge help to me throughout the process. Truthfully, choosing Bonnie and her team to help sell my home was one of the best moves I could have ever made. No need to look any further if you are looking for a realtor!! Bonnie did an awesome Job helping my family find home in Anne Arundel County. We reached out to her back in January of 2021. From that moment on, we were provided with listings that met our price range and amenities. Bonnie was so patient with us as we navigated craziness of the housing market. She always made herself available on little or no notice as properties came and went. Pre-Covid I had a rental property that I wanted to sell. The place was in pretty rough shape. I enlisted Bonnie and her team to sell this property. I didn't think I would get much for it but I was very surprised when Bonnie gave me a few pointers and she took her pictures. Needless to say she listed it and at a time when I thought it would sit on the market, Bonnie was able to bring a buyer to the table within a couple of weeks. Bonnie and her team did a great job from day 1 of helping us sell our home in record time. First of all... Bonnie helped us sell our home in a very competitive marker in Howard County Maryland. It was a 8k sq-ft home priced above $1 mil. So we reach out to a couple of realtors in the area and decided to have Bonnie stop by to see if it was a fit. Bonnie showed up at our house (before we were a client) with not only her experience in selling homes in our market but comps and ideas about how fast our home will sell. My wife and I are planners so our eyes lit up when we found out that Bonnie and her team were also planners. So after we selected them (honestly the other guys didn't have a chance :)), Bonnie and her team got to work. They helped us reorganize the house, took great pictures, gave us tons of ideas on pricing the home and all. The experience with her and her team was amazing. I cannot recommend Bonnie enough. She is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and efficient and gets the job done. She helped me many years ago sell my house in less than 30 days.
