Pre-Covid I had a rental property that I wanted to sell. The place was in pretty rough shape. I enlisted Bonnie and her team to sell this property. I didn't think I would get much for it but I was very surprised when Bonnie gave me a few pointers and she took her pictures. Needless to say she listed it and at a time when I thought it would sit on the market, Bonnie was able to bring a buyer to the table within a couple of weeks.
